Certification closes the assessment, not the readiness question. From there the same engine keeps watching the record, so the next eleven months are not a blind spot and the following cycle does not start from scratch.
Records keep arriving
Immunizations, labs, dental results, and new diagnoses land throughout the year from the source systems, with no form opened and no one asked to report them.
Readiness is re-derived
Each record is matched to the readiness element it speaks to, and the tier is recomputed by the same deterministic engine that ran at certification.
Only exceptions ask for a person
A closed gap updates quietly. A new finding routes to the provider who owns that decision, which is what keeps the exceptions worth reading.
